Youth Developmental Clinics for U8 are designed to expose the sport to young children by emphasizing fun physical activity! Our mission is to grow the game by introducing the sport to boys and girls ages 5-8 and inspiring participation.
Junior Developmental Training for 4th-6th graders includes individual skill work as well as introduction to basic tactical knowledge of the game such as spatial awareness for an individual and in team play. Our goal is to continue developing the basic hockey and athletic skills of an individual that form the foundation for success in the older age groups in a fun but growing competitive environment. Training for U14 includes beginner-intermediate level skill work and tactics. Athletes will be learning more about individual positions and their role in team play. Our goal is to improve skills, tactical knowledge, and athletic ability of our players that prepares them for the higher level of competition at the high school age groups. Tournament opportunities.
Training for U16 & U19 provides developmental and high performance field hockey experience for the highly motivated and dedicated athlete. Program emphasizes a high level of individual skill, team play and sportsmanship. Athletes will continue to develop strong core skills as well as an advanced skill set, and advanced game theory. Our goal is to prepare athletes for high school and elite level play.
The Club Team program is designed for the serious athlete who has aspirations to play at the collegiate level. Athletes will be grouped based on age and experience level. Individual skills will be developed during the morning sessions, while afternoon and evening sessions will be devoted to team tactics and team building. Athletes will be coached by elite-level Accredited Level 2 and Level 3 coaches and top college players. Your coaches understand what it takes to play at the next level and will instruct you and your team accordingly. Sessions are intense, demanding and structured with an emphasis on advanced skills and tactics.

Small group and private lessons (1:8 coach to player ratio; private lessons available upon request) will provide athletes who aspire to reach their highest potential the opportunity to work with top-level coaches to develop a strong fundamental skill-set in a small group atmosphere. Training sessions will be tailored to the individual in order to maximize a coaches’ time with each athlete. Goalkeepers will receive specialized instruction.
Training is aimed at introducing U14, U16 and U19 athletes to the sport of Indoor Field Hockey. We welcome players of all abilities (NEW and experienced) to develop the foundational skill-set necessary to play this exciting, fast-paced game. We will provide age-appropriate training with high quality coaching for players wanting to learn and develop in a competitive and fun environment. Our programs are designed to build self-confidence, develop life-skills, and instill a love of the game in all our players.
Preseason Prep will have a mixture of all levels. Athletes will be divided based on age and experience. This session is a less intense version of our Elite Camp. The pace is tailored to fit your level and abilities. Individual skill will be developed during the morning sessions, while afternoon and evening sessions will be devoted to team tactics and team building. You will receive top-level instruction by coaches who are skilled at helping athletes understand the basics of the game in a way that will help you expand your range of skills over the course of the camp. You will be coached by a mix of college coaches and top collegiate players who will share their passion for the sport. We know you will come away from this camp inspired for your season and with the confidence you need to make the team!
These will be intensive, high-tempo training sessions for the college-bound student-athlete. Sessions will be tailored to each athlete and designed to develop an advanced skill-set to assist with a successful transition to college play.
Starting in the Spring of 2019!! This will be a program to be played at the Edge Sports Center for women and men who played field hockey in the past and would like to continue playing in a fun, competitive manner. The program is open to all field hockey players aged 16+. More information to follow.
